1. Scope
This AUP applies to every use of LyEve services, the customer portal, the issuance API, the marketing site, and any LyEve software running with a license JWT we have issued. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service.
2. Prohibited content
You may not use the platform to host, transmit, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind. Reports go to law enforcement immediately.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or genocide.
- Content that infringes intellectual-property or trade-secret rights.
- Phishing, malware, or content designed to deceive users.
- Personal data of others without lawful basis.
- Content unlawful under the laws of your jurisdiction or ours.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing a license JWT outside the scope of your subscription.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to circumvent license verification, except where applicable law expressly forbids that restriction.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security of LyEve infrastructure without prior written consent (responsible disclosures: security@lyeve.com).
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Using the issuance API to create artificial load, run denial-of-service attacks, or evade rate limits.
- Operating the platform on behalf of any party subject to comprehensive trade sanctions.
- Using LyEve to harass, defame, dox, or harm any individual or group.
4. Reporting abuse
If you discover content or behavior that violates this AUP, email abuse@lyeve.com with as much detail as you can provide. We acknowledge reports within 72 hours.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP, with notice where practicable and immediately for security incidents, illegal activity, or harm to others. Repeat violations are grounds for permanent termination without refund.
