What will it cost?

The engine and 31 plugins, with no account and no license key. Content, the Schema Builder and its presets, media and storage, the flow builder and editorial review, API keys, multi-tenancy, CAPTCHA, password reset, magic-link sign-in, two-factor sign-in, social sign-in, webhooks, email, localization, uptime checks, logging, telemetry, the profiler, caching, rate limiting, idempotency, scheduled jobs, bulk import, usage metering, error tracking and analytics. Know the limits first. An install has one tenant, three roles, three admin accounts, one social sign-in provider and one cache provider. Each tenant gets twenty flows on the nodes that stay inside the instance, 25 webhook endpoints, five API keys with thirty days of request log, one email provider, five email templates, two languages, three uptime checks every five minutes, one review workflow and ten response cache rules. A tenant reads 30 days of revision history and error events, captured requests are kept for 24 hours, and alerts go out by email. Any license lifts the admin accounts. Roles Pro lifts the roles for $2 a month, and a paid add-on lifts each of the others. Audit logging is the one real gap, because without the audit plugin the engine skips the write and the trail starts when you subscribe.

Not with a signed token. Your license page issues an Ed25519-signed token for the install you name, and the engine verifies it on the machine against a public key compiled into the binary, so the check needs no network and makes none, and it runs air-gapped. If you set your license key instead, the engine sends that key and a random install id to our license server once to get the same kind of token, caches it, and asks again only to renew it before it expires. That is the only call it makes to us. What else leaves your host is what you configure to leave it: your log export, your metrics collector, your webhooks.

One or the other. A cart is per capability, with the volume discount applied to everything in it. A plan is a single price for a fixed set. A few things are usually cheaper as a cart and most of the catalog as a plan, and the cart summary says when a plan costs less than what you picked. The whole catalog as a cart is $263.00 a month at list price, $197.25 at the deepest 25% bracket.

Take 3 or more and the whole cart is 15% off. Take 6 or more and the whole cart is 25% off. It applies to every capability in the cart, not only the ones past the threshold, and it is the same ladder checkout charges.

Anytime, from the customer portal. A change applies from your next billing date. Until then you keep what you hold, and the first payment at the new price moves your license to the new plan. Nothing is prorated or refunded.

Paid capabilities keep working through a 7-day grace period, then go inert. The engine keeps running, your tables stay in your database, and nothing touches your content.

PayPal handles checkout, with your PayPal balance or any major card. We never see or store card details. Subscriptions and one-time purchases both work, and you cancel from the portal.
