Scope
This EULA governs every LyEve plugin, the à-la-carte catalog at lyeve.com/plugins, the free-tier plugins every install carries, and any future plugins published by LyEve Labs, compiled into the customer Docker image. A paid plugin is activated by a valid license JWT. The LyEve engine itself, with the admin UI, is licensed separately under the MIT License.
1. License grant
Subject to a current, paid LyEve subscription whose entitlements include the plugin in question, LyEve Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install, execute, and use the plugin solely in conjunction with the LyEve CMS engine, on infrastructure that you own or operate.
1A. Free tier
Where a plugin is part of the LyEve free tier, the license in section 1 is granted without a paid subscription, subject to section 2. A feature of the plugin that requires an entitlement remains subject to section 1. A later version that moves the plugin out of the free tier does not end this license for the versions released while it was free.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, or otherwise transfer the plugin to any third party.
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the plugin.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the plugin, except to the limited extent applicable law expressly forbids that restriction.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, license, or attribution notices.
- Use the plugin to provide a hosted service that competes with LyEve Labs without a separate written reseller agreement.
- Circumvent the license verifier, embedded public key, or activation matrix.
3. Ownership
LyEve Labs retains all right, title, and interest in and to the plugin, including all intellectual-property rights. No rights are granted other than those expressly stated in this EULA.
4. No warranty
The plugin is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LyEve Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Aggregate liability under this EULA shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the subscription entitling the plugin in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Term and termination
This EULA is effective for so long as your LyEve subscription remains active and entitles the plugin. The license terminates automatically when the subscription lapses, expires, is canceled, or is revoked. Upon termination you must cease use of the plugin and remove it from systems under your control. A license under section 1A lasts until you breach section 2. Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, and 7 survive termination.
7. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of Indonesia, excluding its conflict-of-laws principles.
